Student Support Area

Welcome to the Imperium Student Support Area. If you are following the Imperium course, you will find various things here to help you make progress with your Latin.

If you are a self-learner working from home, please visit this link.

If you are a member of a U3A group, please visit this link.

Rough work sheets can be downloaded from here and printed, which will enable you to make a perfect mess of your first translations or answers to any exercise in the course. If you do your first workings on these pages, you will be free to copy up your final answers into your course booklet - nice and neat - after they have been checked and corrected. Free of charge.

A set of practice tests can be downloaded from here. These can be used to give you some support before taking real tests in class. Free of charge.

The Imperium Word Tools App is likely to help you a lot in your studies. There are versions for iOS devices, Android, PC, Mac or Linux computers. Visit this link to view purchase details.

A full set of audio files, which talk you through answering every exercise in the course, can be purchased this at this link. Be advised - if you use these on your computer or MP3 player, you will still need a pen and paper to write down the details of what you are hearing. These can be very useful if you are studying at home, or have missed some lessons and need to catch up quickly.

If you are an advanced user, you may well wish to read about the new Imperium Latin Unseens at this link.
